Care Team

Our Care Team works to understand each person's situation and specific needs.  Each household completes a welcome screening with a Care Team member.  Where appropriate, referrals are provided to resources or support offered through community partners.  Assistance is also provided for those who want to sign up for benefits such as SNAP.

Supplemental Groceries 

Households who qualify can receive weekly, supplemental groceries and fresh foods through our Farmacy Free Market or pick up at one of our mobile locations.

Support for Seniors

Grocery delivery and additional monthly food packs are available to seniors who meet program requirements.  Please talk to a Care Team member to learn more about specific resources available to seniors.

Chaplain Services

Talk with a pastor, request prayer, ask questions, or receive support.

Health & Wellness Services

Drop in workshops, classes, and clinics.
