In 1983, Victory Ministries started delivering food to people in need out of the trunk of a car. Since this humble beginning, tens of thousands of individuals have been assisted.
The first Center of Hope opened in 2016 to serve residents in Central Ohio. The center is a place where individuals and families can find hope and help in their critical time of need. Several services are available, including emergency services, counseling, a free medical clinic, a choice pantry, educational services, and employment assistance.
In 2019, we launched the first Center of Hope chapter in Knox County, Ohio to focus on the growing needs of people living in nearby rural communities. Our Bladensburg location sits within 15 miles of underserved areas of 5 different counties. Since March 2020, this location has provided groceries for over 8000 people from 12 different counties (as of Dec. 31st 2020).
